Foalio pilot terms

Using the service
Use an account you control and keep access secure. Add only records and photos that you are entitled to share with your yard team and service providers. Owners are responsible for selecting team roles and removing access when it is no longer needed. You retain your rights in the records you provide.
Review your records
Capture tools and AI prepare drafts. Review horse identities, dates, notes, breeding information and tasks before saving. Foalio does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment instructions. Estimates are planning aids. Confirm clinical decisions with your vet and maintain any legally required records in the required form.
Billing and owner communication
Billing review applies rates that you enter and agree with owners. It does not determine whether a charge is owed, calculate taxes, issue invoices or collect payments. Check package inclusions, direct vet billing and duplicate work. Owner updates must be reviewed and shared with the appropriate recipient by you.
Pilot availability and pricing
The app is in an early pilot. Features, support arrangements and service limits may change. The 14-day trial requires no card. Published founding pilot prices are proposed terms; a paid arrangement begins only after you agree it with us. There is no automatic card charge or subscription purchase in this app. Where a paid service is agreed, its billing, tax and cancellation terms will be provided before payment.
Ending access
You may export your records and request deletion. Transfer ownership before deleting an account that solely owns a shared yard. We may restrict accounts for abuse, unauthorised access or security concerns. Contact us if access has been restricted in error. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
